Two day Urban Retreat: £165pp - price includes three yoga and pilates sessions in total over two days off site - maximum 8 in Yoga class and 5 in Pilates (possible to do both at same time). One in house massage also available in package - choice of either Thai head massage or Reflexology treatment lasting half an hour to fourty minutes.
