Group bookings in Central Brighton
Glass Pavilion Apartment sleeps 4 and the Glass Pavilion Penthouse can sleep up to 8 - both located within the same luxury block.
Smugglers Retreat & The Birdcage are next door to each other and sleep up to 8 each. Links House sleeping up to 10, and Saks House Apartment sleeping up to 8 - These properties are all located in the exclusive South Lanes area - great for groups of up to 34 guests!
Powis Villas Apartment and Powis Square are both situated just off of Dyke Road, just a short walk from Seven Dials & Churchill Square and other colourful Brighton high street shops. Together these properties sleep 10.
North Lodge which sleeps up to 8 with the bonus of free parking for up to 8 vehicles, and Highcroft Apartment which sleeps up to 4 are both centrally located and within a short walk of each other.
The Sweet Shop sleeps up to 14 and Cobden Studio 1 sleeps up to 4 and are located about a 10 minute walk from the city centre in the popular Hanover area of Brighton you could accommodate a group of 18 by booking both together.
Kemptown Apartment and New Steine are adjacent to each other, and sleep 4 and 7 respectively.
Cottage 1 and Cottage 2 both sleep up to 6 along with the Queens Road Pad sleeping up to 4. Brighthelm Cottage sleeping up to 5 and Frederick Gardens sleeping up to 6, these properties are ideal for groups of up to 27 people. All have a great central location minutes from Brighton Train Station and the trendy North Laine area.
City Slicker sleeps up to 8, with City Point that sleeps up to 10, for groups of up to 18 people. Both located in the new contemporary central development close to Brighton station.
Group bookings in the East Brighton area
Cliff House 1 & 2 offer great value accommodation close to Brighton marina for up to 32 in total. Absolutely perfect for Hen Party bookings!
Marina Apartment, Mariners Quay and The Boathouse all sleep up to 4 people, so are perfect for groups of up to 12 people.
Beachside House sleeps up to 12 and Beachdown Cottage sleeps up to 10, giving 22 people a place close to the heart of Brighton!
Beach Pad Apartment and Beach Pad House are very close to each other, for groups of up to 26 people.
Seafront Central sleeps 8, whilst Sudeley Place sleeps 2 and Chesham Place sleeps up to 4. All these properties are situated near the Royal Sussex County Hospital, and a stones throw from the beach.
Windward - sleeps up to 19 guests - great for hen parties and family gatherings.
Group bookings in Central Hove
First Avenue, Second Avenue, Hove Apartment and Retro Studio are all within walking distance from each other, and together can sleep up to 18.
The Edge sleeps up to 10 and combined with Wilbury Avenue sleeping up to 12, booked together these properties could accommodate groups up to 22.
Grand Brunswick, Goldsmid Mews and Holland Road in Central Hove all sleep up to 6 in each property.
Channings is a beautiful property looking over the sea that sleeps up to 5 people, and if you have a bigger group, Seaside Studio is nearby, allowing for another 2 people to join your party.
Located in Central Hove & very close to each other, Saint Aubyns Apartment (sleeping up to 10 ), Lynton Court (up to 6 ) and Hova Villas (up to 8) can take a maximum of 24 sleepers between them!
Grand Ocean and Marine View are a bit further out, in the pleasant town of Saltdean, 15 minutes by car or bus from Brighton. If you want amazing sea views and quick access to the beach for up to 8 people, then these are the properties for you.
