Ideally suited to those on temporary assignments, between homes, on training or language courses or if you require temporary accommodation for visiting work colleagues, friends & family, or because, for example, you need to move out temporarily due to building works on your home. All properties are fully furnished and equipped, and ready to move into. Our rates typically include council tax, utility bills, TV services, broadband etc along with mid stay cleans and linen changes, arrangements can be made for additional cleans, or rates can be discounted for a longer stay. Please factor these costs into your calculations and budget when comparing costs to normal pcm rates advertised,  as these costs would normally be extra elsewhere. With our local and personal knowledge of each property and our professional relationship with the owners, we can advise and help you source the best property to suit your requirements. Brunswick Terrace  a lovely 2 bed apartment situated in the beautiful 1820s grade 1 listed mansion block directly opposite Hove Lawns and the beach. The apartment was refurbished in 2010 whilst taking care to retain most of the original features.
