A stunning apartment with views overlooking Brighton's beach front with direct vistas of the Palace Pier itself. The property has been refurbished to a very high standard with flexible accommodation for up to 12 guests. One quad room, two triple rooms and a double sofa bed to sleep a further 2 guests in the lounge.

The apartment has been tastefully decorated with contemporary artworks, designer wallpaper and bamboo solid wood flooring. Two good sized bathrooms, a large living room with working fireplace and open plan kitchen, fully kitted out with top spec appliances.

Dining table with French doors leading out to the regency balcony where you can enjoy drinks whilst taking in the amazing Brighton skyline.

The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor  - there are stairs leading  to the entrance.
