I have just returned from a hen party where we stayed at Beatnik Central and I cannot recommend the house highly enough. It is fully equipped with everything that is needed for a big group, and is spacious and quirky. The massive Jacuzzi bath was an excellent luxurious touch and was definitely enjoyed by our group. The service received from the landlord was fantastic and he made sure that we knew exactly where everything was and how everything worked. It is the perfect property for large groups and everyone is our group of 25 commented on how great the house was. I would recommend staying at the property and will definitely be returning if I can get a group together.

Beatnik central was the perfect place for a hen weekend. Central location made it walking distance to the town centre and the beach for ultra convenience. The house itself was beautiful, nicely decorated with quirky furniture pieces. We were 18 people and had so much space, and the 4 large bathrooms were ideal-no waiting around for showers. There is also a hot tub which for us rounded off a night out but is also perfect for some afternoon relaxation. One of the best assets is the large wooden table in the basement which acts as a communal hub and seated us all comfortably. Kitchen is fully equipped so we ate in the whole weekend which is ideal as large groups can be difficult to cater for in restaurants. Would highly recommend this house for large parties.

Here for weekend for my lovely daughters hen weekend. Amazing venue. Place is just what you are after for a hen do, gorgeous showers, comfy beds, amazing social space... Great location... Beatnik central is just what your looking for! Really well situated for lanes and great restaurants. Recommend cocktail making at bar 76!

We booked this great house for my hen do in September - it was brilliant! Amazing location near to the station, the shops, the bars and the beach. I had 25 people at my hen do and there was loads of room, everyone could sit round the table in the kitchen and the rooms were great. The kitchen is a definite highlight, the house is furnished to a really high standard - minimal but everything you would need and we loved the whole place. The hot tub bath was so much fun after a day at the beach and it was great having so many bathrooms with that many people. The owner was there when we arrived and was ultra helpful and friendly and gave us loads of local advice. Overall, this has everything you could want for a group holiday away in Brighton, in a great location and really did make the weekend - so much more personal than a hotel/hostel and didn't feel remotely cramped - so much so we all stayed in on the Friday night.

We hired the house for a hen weekend in July and it was wonderful. The house is in a great central location, a short walk to the beach, shops, bars and clubs and there are supermarkets / off licences round the corner. There were 22 of us and the space was amazing, the large table was perfect for dinner / breakfast and games. I would definitely book the house again.

We booked the Beatnik Central house for a hen party. The house was absolutely stunning - beautifully decorated, four great-sized bathrooms - one with a hot tub - and a fantastic kitchen with a huge long table that everyone could sit around. The owner of the house had obviously put a lot of thought into what a big group might need and catered for it all. I would strongly recommend this house to anyone looking for large group accommodation in Brighton - so much nicer than a hotel. It helped to make our weekend really special. The booking process through Crown Gardens was very straightforward and the whole thing was extremely organised - no probs at all.
