The apartment was refurbished in 2010 whilst taking care to retain most of the original features. The accommodation is newly-furnished in a contemporary fashion with plenty of soft furnishings for that plush feel. There are fitted carpets apart from in the kitchen, bathroom and WC. Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels provided.
The accommodation comprises of large lounge with dining area and double sofa bed, kitchen with breakfast table and chairs, large bathroom with overhead shower, washbasin and towel radiator, 2 double bedrooms with the option of single or double beds. There is a separate toilet. The property has gas central heating.

This is a first floor apartment. There is a flight of stairs leading from the communal hallway to the apartment, alternatively there is a lift.
Parking Information
Permit only zone. You don’t need a car though, as the location is ideal for the beach and most facilities. Brighton has one of the best public transport systems in the UK. The city centre is a 10 minute walk by strolling along the seafront or window-shopping along the Western Road or a five minute bus journey.
