Kemptown buzzes with many excellent restaurants, bars, pubs and cool boutique shopping & trendy flea markets. Staying here you are only a few moments walk to all the action, yet situated in a quiet road with the peaceful views looking out to sea. Pack a picnic and stroll down to the beach in a few minutes for a great day out. This apartment really has it all, highly recommended by us here at Crown Gardens.
NB: This is a residential area and noise must be kept to a minimum in Chesham Penthouse after 11pm. We regret that your security deposit may be at risk if we do receive noise complaints after this time at this property.
Access Information
Located at top of the building, there are a few steps up to the front door, two flights of stairs to the second floor apartment front door. There are 2 flights of stairs within the property.
The roof terrace is accessed through double french doors from the spacious attic bedroom. Guests please be aware there is a low parapet wall, very low by modern standards. Clients use the roof terrace at their own risk and are urged to exercise caution. We believe the balcony is unsuitable for young children, adults be aware.
Parking Information
There is the added bonus of garage parking no more than 2-3 minutes walk away and limited visitors parking permits. Please call us in the office for permit availability before booking.
