Deluxe Package

A complete Afternoon Tea experience, with vintage crockery sourced from antique fairs and markets across the county. Delivered to you by a member of staff in vintage attire, who will set up and serve your Afternoon Tea and pour your delicious brew into lovely china cups. The staff will bring along music from the era to help set the whole 1930's Parisian tea salon scene and make this a really memorable treat for your special occasion.

Looking for something completely different to make your weekend extra special?  A Gourmet Cookery Party could be just the thing. A perfect way to send your Hen off in style and who knows she may even learn a few extra tricks in the kitchen to impress her husband to be! Ideal for birthday celebrations and corporate team building too.

Learn to cook a delicious, restaurant standard menu, in a professional kitchen venue with your very own highly qualified chef. Alcoholic drinks provided throughout the event, plus you get to enjoy your gourmet 3 course meal together!

A typical session consists of:

• Unlimited red and white wine/beer served throughout, finished off with after dinner coffee.
• A glass of sparkling wine and continental breakfast (selection of pastries, juices, tea and coffee) on arrival. (Or  Canapés if attending evening session).
• 2 hour practical cookery event preparing 3 course meal, including getting to know the tricks of the trade and how to present food to top restaurant standards. You can take it as seriously as you desire, it is meant to be fun after all!!
• After the lesson you will be seated at a formally dressed table and be served the 3 course meal which you have just prepared, matched with some great wines. A restaurant experience with food you cooked and the best part is – no dishes to wash up!!

This is a half day event, duration 5 hours. There are two sessions to choose from. Morning session from 10am until 3pm or evening session from 6pm until 11pm. There are 4 delicious, 3 course menus to choose from.

A choice of 10 delicious Canapes. From sesame crusted tuna with pickled ginger and wasabi mayo, to Baby Yorkshire puddings filled with roast beef and horseradish cream. These delicious little morsels are impossible to resist! Vegetarian options available too, such as grilled enchiladas stuffed with houmous and sweet pimento.
