A gorgeous Regency holiday cottage situated in the very centre of Brighton's city centre yet in a quiet and tranquil location. Available to rent together with Cottage 1 , next door, for group bookings of up to 12 people. This is a unique property, a real find right in the heart of the old Brighthelm village, a few minutes walk along a quaint and ivy clad twitten (path) to the centre of Brighton's vibrant shopping and North Laine.
Both front and back of this pretty cottage look out onto the terraced gardens, tastefully planted with tropical plants and raised planters constructed from reclaimed sleepers.
Open plan kitchen and dining area to seat 6 guests with new appliances including dishwasher and freezer.
At the front of the cottage there is a paved outside patio terrace with a bench, perfect for breakfast in the morning sunshine surrounded by tropical plants. The cottage sleeps up to 6 persons with 2 double beds in the bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge.
Please note for groups over 4 there is an additional sofa bed supplement of £75. Please remember to tick the box on the booking page.

There are 3 steps leading from the twitten gate up to the front door of the cottage.
