Oozing style with antique furniture, yet finished to a very high standard, with a newly fitted kitchen and newly fitted hotel standard showers and bathrooms, original high gloss parquet flooring, this property will take you back in time to the roots and beginnings of Brighthelmstone. Wherever you look, gorgeous accessories abound and great attention to detail makes this house so very special, whatever the occasion!

This house is one of 2 built in 1825 and is situated in the fashionable and highly desirable part of Brighton known as “Kemp Town Village”. Just round the corner from the famous Royal Crescent, where Sir Lawrence Olivier once lived, you may rub shoulders with the stars! The property is conveniently situated for town, yet boasts an array of traditional shops just at the end of the road. There is a deli that also serves a great selection of exceptional breakfasts and lunches, a traditional grocers that also sells health foods, a butcher offering local high quality produce, a bakery where you can by freshly baked bread and croissants for your breakfast, a newsagents, a mini market, a beauty salon as well as a host of other boutique and gift shops all aimed at a discerning clientèle.

The property is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and is full of period features.

There are two travel cots and two high chairs available to rent at an additional cost. Please note that bedding for cots is not provided due to Health & Safety reasons.

Parking Information

There is no dedicated parking space at the property. The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm depending on the zone until 9 am. Please do read the parking signs on the streets for specific instructions or visit parkopedia.com for alternative parking ideas.
