A delightful 3 storey cottage, formerly a cobbler's shop dating back to 1824, in the stylish Clifton Hill Conservation area. Although right in the very heart of Brighton, just off Western Road, Dragonfly Cottage is situated in a quiet street.
Interiors are unique and quirky, with funky décor throughout! Plenty of personality here - definitely a fun-tastic seaside vibe in this house with the Treasure Island bathroom and Eagle's nest bedroom to name a couple! The entrance hall has parquet flooring and a chandelier and is decorated with historic photos of Brighton.
There is a large open plan lounge for socialising, which will seat all your guests, with widescreen TV, DVD player with DVD library and Ipod docking station. Or ideal for relaxation amongst friends with a glass of wine, to chat and plan the evening ahead. There is a separate dining room with a large table which will seat up to 10 and a courtyard garden with seating should you wish to dine al fresco.
Situated right in the heart of central Brighton with all the shopping, restaurants and pubs right on your doorstep and the seafront is only 5 minutes walk away. Preston Street with wall to wall restaurants is over the road and you can find the Prince Arthur pub next door which serves great food. Hello!
Please Note: For groups over 8 there is an additional single sofa bed supplement of £40.
For groups over 9 there is a further double sofa bed supplement of £75.

Access Information
There are no steps leading to the property.
The house is over 3 floors. The stairs up to The Eagle's Nest are steep and narrow. Parental guidance required in the case of younger children.
Not suitable for those with mobility issues.
Parking Information
There are visitors permits available at £10 per day, please book these with your accommodation. You can also park in the resident bays from 8pm until 9am the following morning.

Just come back from a great weekend in Dragonfly cottage. We had a fantastic weekend. The cottage is so central and handy for town. A fab place to kick back and get away to the seaside. The sofas are comfy and the garden and dining table make for a great social weekend with great friends. I’d definitely recommend a visit!
