This stylish regency property has 4 double bedrooms and the Garden Room with double sofa bed, 1 bathroom and 1 en-suite shower room (both with powerful showers!). Sleeping up to 14 guests in total with the use of 2 double sofa beds in the reception room. The large dining room adjoins the superb kitchen, which has sparkly granite worktops and top end appliances. From the kitchen, hardwood double doors lead out onto the courtyard and steps going up to the tranquil south-facing garden, which really is an oasis of calm.

Parking Information
Like the vast majority of properties in Brighton there is no private parking space, however, in all the surrounding streets there are residents parking bays where you can park for free from 8pm to 8am, as well as pay and display bays. A limited number of visitor parking permits are available for £10 per day (please reserve at the time of booking to avoid disappointment). Cheap longer term parking can be found at the train station as well as the various town centre car parks, all of which are walking distance from the house. parkopedia.com has further information.
