''This is a lovely flat which has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday - wonderfully comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. On top of this there is a washing machine, wifi, and an Ipod dock for surround sound! There is also a small balcony with table and chairs so you can eat al fresco (if the weather allows). Importantly there is also secure parking. Great views over the sea from the flat, and it is a short walk to a small supermarket - all ideal. This flat is in Saltdean, which is about 20 min drive from Brighton. You can get a bus from outside the flat (every 15 min, and £2.20 single) or enjoy a straightforward 5 mile walk along the coast if you want some exercise! It is easy to get to lots of Sussex's other attractions too, so it is a great place to have a wonderful holiday. Finally the agency you book through, Crown Gardens, are very professional, and you get welcomed at the property, which is great. Very highly recommended!''

''This one bedroom flat is beautifully furnished - art deco, and has everything you need in the way of cooking appliances, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine. Underfloor heating makes it so welcoming - in the bathroom it was sheer luxury. Everything is in tip top condition thanks to the owners and Robert. A few minutes walk downhill to the beach, bus stop and shops adjacent.''
