We had an amazing time staying at Hazeldene over the New Year period, there was 18 of us and the house was more than big enough and had everything we needed. It was easy to get into central Brighton by bus or taxi but we spent most of the time playing games in the kitchen/diner which had heaps of space. Andrew (the owner) is a true gent and was very accommodating and flexible. Everyone had a great 4 days and we’d definitely visit again!

House is clean and spacious with quality fixtures and fittings. Easy access to train station for those without cars. Came for a girls weekend in September and had a great time. Garden was an added bonus when the sun shone! Andrew (the owner) is friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend for groups of all ages or even for families to share. Well worth the money!

We stayed at Hazeldene for 2 nights on my sister in laws hen weekend and it was perfect for a big group of girls (11). The house was extremely clean and tidy and had the right amount of beds in each room, two bedrooms having on suites and an extra two big bathrooms so plenty of space to get ready !!! Brighton seafront was a 10min cab journey away for about £8.00 and there was a friendly pub which was a 15min walk away. I would reccomend this house for stag/hen parties and families and I would defintaltey come back. The landlord Andrew was extremely helpful and a very decent guy.

We stayed at hazeldene for a hen weekend. The house was perfect, well equipped, tidy and really smart. It is in the perfect location and the landlord was really good, nothing was too much trouble. We had 11 guys on a stag do in this house and it was superb. It's huge, immaculately presented and very modern & and has pretty much all you need for this type of occasion: huge fridge, BBQ, big TV + Virgin, ipad dock, wifi, etc. All the rooms are first class, 3 bathrooms, huge kitchen dinning area, massive lounge and garden. Just all in all a really great place that you'll be impressed with as soon as you walk in. We would highly recommend this.. great place, great weekend!

Many thanks for having us last week. We had a really productive week working in Brighton.It was great to have the house for our project as we were working in Brighton on a film, so the fact that it was very clean, had absolutely loads of room and is easy to get into town either in a cab or on the bus was a real plus. Great to have the garden out the back and cafe- style terrace to relax after a long day!

Just wanted to say a big thank you for making our stay as comfortable as possible. This house is perfect and we couldn’t have asked for anymore from the Landlord Andrew, who did his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Although the house looks like it is out of town, it is a 10 minute bus journey and the benefit from this location is the plentiful parking. The house was well equipped, with all towels provided, tea and coffee, coal for the BBQ and even slippers! We would definitely return to Hazeldene – everyone who stayed there couldn’t stop telling me how lovely and what a great find it was! Thank you Andrew!

We booked this house last minute as we were in Brighton for a family party. Didn’t fancy a hotel as we wanted somewhere with all home comforts & where we could all party or relax in style. The house is a great size and finished to an amazingly high standard through-out! Bright, spacious bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms/en suites for everyone, the living area was modern and comfortable with a massive flat-screen TV, there were even some brand new release DVD’s for us to watch. The kitchen/dining area is a massive space and was really well equipped with dishwasher, stunning range cooker & everything else you could think of. We were lucky enough to visit Brighton during a heat wave so after some quite late nights we could use the hot days to just chill out in the large garden, which had brand new patio furniture; and the lawn space was big enough to have a good game of 5 a side with the kids. Located quite near the centre of Brighton, it only took us a few minutes to get home from town, right on the main route into town as well so was easy enough to catch a bus. In short: The house was worth every penny of our money, this will become our regular stop when visiting Brighton in the future. We all agreed that this was a million times better than any hotel stay would have been, a decision well made – Thanks for having us!!!

An excellent base for our hen group (15 of us). Set in a residential area only 5 minutes in a taxi from the North Laines, a perfect balance of high quality living and party pad!! On arrival we were met by Andrew, who could not have been more lovely & helpful! The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The bedrooms were lovely and there were plenty of facilities for ladies getting ready for a night on the town!! The kitchen was amazing and with a huge dining table we could all sit round and toast the bride to be...Perfect!! The outside space was great too. It was the little touches that made it special. I would definitely recommend this accommodation! You wont be disappointed!

We booked this property for a stag party over the Easter weekend. It was good to meet the property owner who showed us around this great house. The rooms were all immaculate with everything we wanted – ample space, more than enough bathrooms, nice sized garden to play a bit of football in. We were in the garden most of the time as the weather was good, and the property had enough outdoor tables and chairs to have a few beers before the bars/clubs. It made for a great atmosphere and started the weekend off well to have everyone together in one place. I can imagine it would also be great for a couples/family holiday too – which is why some of us are already planning to come back with the ‘ball and chain’ next year!
