Overview
Fabulous spacious first floor two bedroomed regency apartment with floor to ceiling feature windows, through which you can step out onto the original Juliette balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee whilst looking towards the sea or watch the world go by, the tasteful decor and contemporary fitted and well equipped kitchen make this an ideal choice for a visit to Brighton & Hove.
A stone's throw from the seafront, Palmeira square and the many quality independent retailers, coffee shops, restaurants and wine bars, this apartment is particularly well located, whether you are here to attend a course at the many language Schools nearby, the Sprachcaffe language School is just at the top of the road or great for a shopping or business trip to Brighton.
The owner has created a fabulous stylish home with great attention to detail and many designer pieces which are wonderfully blended with art and accessories, including a massive world Map in the hallway if you forget where you are! The property has a lovely serene feel to it, and just the place to return to after a hard day's shopping. Why not stroll along Church Road into Brighton or Hove, turn right at the top of the road and head towards Brighton City Centre, window shopping as you go, or stop for a coffee, if you turn left you will find the equally interesting shops and Cafes of Hove. This would be an ideal choice for a family getaway, executives or couples on a break to Brighton.
There is a complimentary travel cot available at the property. Please note: bedding is not provided for health and safety reasons.

What People Say...
I have recently stayed in Holland Road for a long weekend, and I wanted to write with some feedback. We had such a lovely weekend. The property was absolutely wonderful - such a treat to be able to stay in a beautiful flat like that. It really made our weekend very special. I know we all went away with ideas for our own flats!
