An exceptional and unique Grade II listed property is for groups up to 10, newly refurbished to a very high standard situated in the heart of the Lanes. This house was originally built in 1780 and is named after the architect. It has been tastefully restored with sanded wooden floors, gorgeous new bathrooms, contemporary kitchen and beautifully decorated bedrooms and living areas.
The property has 3 double bedrooms with large zip and link hotel style beds together with 2 bathrooms, beautifully limestone tiled & fitted with Victorian style chrome fittings and fixtures in keeping with the period essence of the property. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge and an additional 2 portable fold-out, foam chair beds upstairs in the attic bedroom.
There is an amazing and large private walled sun-trap garden, so unusual to find in such a central location - perfect for relaxing! The open plan kitchen and living room is fully kitted out with all that you need for your holiday in Brighton with large flat screen TV, white gloss and stainless steel units and leather sofas. There is an extendible dining table to seat 10.
NB: The garden is situated in a residential area and noise levels must be kept to reasonable levels.

Access Information
This property is located in a 'twitten' (path) within the South Lanes and is therefore accessed directly by foot.
Parking Information
The nearest car park is the Black Lion multi-storey at the end of the lane on Black Lion St. There are two large multi stories off West St, which is a 5 minute walk. There is also on-street meter parking which now take credit cards, but limited to 4 hours.Subject to availability. NB Crown Gardens take no responsibility for parking arrangements.

We stayed at the Links House for my birthday weekend in July 2010. Could not of wished for a more fantastic location and beautiful home. Open plan kitchen/dinner and lounge was brilliant for a large group of people. The house is really tucked away in the heart of Brighton, everything is right on your doorstep, shops, restraints, bars, clubs and the beach. The only noise you can hear are the seagulls, which are unavoidable anywhere in Brighton! High spec kitchen with all modern appliances, bedrooms and bathrooms also finished to a very high standard. The garden was a truly wonderful surprise. The kitchen/lounge door opens onto a tiled courtyard with table and chairs. Which leads to another much larger garden via a couple of steps. Absolutely wonderful. The garden is partly turfed, tiled and split level decking. A very secluded peaceful retreat from busy Brighton. Highly recommend Links House and Crown Gardens as a company, for being very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Many Thanks
We had a fantastic time at Links House, celebrating my boyfriends 30th birthday. The property was fantastic, especially the enormous attic bedroom, the open plan living room/dining room/kitchen and the sun-trap garden. The location was ideal, only 1 minute walk to the beach and very good pubs and resturants on the doorstep. I would reccomend this to anyone, and we will definitely be making a return visit next summer!
Both me and Paul had a great day at our Civil Partnership and Links House helped make the weekend very special... The property was great and the location could not have been better.
