This unique cottage is situated along Black Lion Lane, one of the twittens linking Ship Street and Black Lion Street. Reputedly the oldest houses in Brighton, dating back to 1565. Situated right in the heart of Brighton's South Lanes, a fabulous location for shopping and dining, with all the eateries on your door step and with all the glamour of a boutique hotel.

Due to the age of this property, the cottage has low ceilings and narrow staircases.
The nearest car park is The Lanes multi-storey at the end of the lane on Black Lion St. There are two large multi storeys off West Street, which is a 5 minute walk. There is also on-street meter parking which now take credit cards, but limited to 4 hours.
