The large kitchen/diner is pretty in pink, with dining table to seat 8 guests. Extra stools and seating can be added and additional dining table for extra space to seat up to 12. From the kitchen, a lovely stable door leads out onto a courtyard and steps lead up to the white picket fence & secure garden with table, chairs and benches.
Located near Seven Dials with its array of bars, deli's, café's and restaurants. Brighton mainline railway station is 10 minutes away, and gives access to London in 50 minutes. The cosmopolitan city centre of Brighton with its North Laine district and Churchill Square shopping mall is easily accessible as are the seafront and promenade. This property is a great choice for a visit to Brighton with family or friends.

There is no on-site parking at this property, there are on-street pay and display meters from 8am till 8pm and you can park in the resident bays from 8pm until 9am the following morning. There is free on-street parking 5 minutes walk away.
