Fabulously located, very central 2 bedroom regency house with its own west facing private garden, sleeping up to 4 guests, with access to the communal gardens in the square. In the heart of Brighton’s North Laines and just a five minute stroll from the Royal Pavilion, Brighton Dome, Brighton theatres and 5 minutes from Brighton Station. This house is a great choice for a family group visit to Brighton and equally suitable for conference or corporate guests too!
Arranged over 3 floors, the lower ground floor has an open plan kitchen living dining room, with listed original tiles, traditional butler sink, central island work surface, a dining table to seat up to 4 guests comfortably. There is also a useful utility room housing the washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron off the kitchen.
The open plan living room is very cozy, bright & airy, tastefully decorated with designer touches, situated on the ground floor with pretty french patio doors with views to the garden.
There is also a useful cloakroom on ground floor level too.
The designer wetroom with slate walls, black wash hand basin, WC and rainfall shower, is located on the mezzanine level.
On the first floor there are 2 good sized comfortable double bedrooms the master bedroom spanning the width of the building and has a 6ft double zip and link bed, which can be set up as a double or a twin upon request. The second bedroom has a 4ft 6in double bed and is located towards the rear of the property with a view of the garden. The 4ft 6in bed might not suit some couples so there is an additional 4ft sofa bed in the reading area of the living room, the property sleeps 4-5 adults.
Please note:If you require use of the sofa bed please tick the box on the booking page.The stairs to the basement are quite steep so we advise prospective guests that the accommodation is might not be suitable for children under four years of age.
There are 2 steps up to the front door and the property is arranged over 3 levels: Lower ground floor, Ground floor and first floor.
There is no designated car parking space at the property. The nearest car park can be found in Blackman Street.
