The apartment is supplied with newly fitted kitchen, all new appliances and new comfortable leather sofas (one of which is a complimentary sofa bed), there is a hotel standard newly fitted bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The property sleeps 4 people in total.
The superb original feature Regency balcony stretches the full width of the building and is accessed through one of 3, floor to ceiling, double French doors. A great chill out space with oblique sea views . Fantastic spot to look out to sea or watch the world go by and enjoy a cup of coffee at the bistro style table and chairs.
