Brighton Station is a but a short walk away. The Royal Pavilion, shops and the beach are all within easy reach. It is located very close to the 7 dials area of Brighton with its bars , restaurants and cafes.

For groups over 2 there is an additional sofa bed supplement of £50.
For groups over 4 there is a sofa bed supplement of £50 and £100 for the second bedroom.

Access Information
There are a couple of steps up to the building's front door, a flight of stairs up to the separate, lockable second bedroom and a further flight of stairs up to the apartment itself which is located on the first floor.
Parking Information
There are a limited number of visitor parking permits available at £10 a day. In addition, there is on-street meter parking, outside the property.
Additional Parking Information.
York Avenue & Holland Road Meter Parking in.Residential Areas.You can pay at any time of day so if, for example you pay at 3.00pm, the period of parking will run until 3.00pm the next day., York Ave (next to St Ann's Well Gardens, is a 5 minute walk away & costs £4.50 a day.
