There are 2 sofa beds in the lounge, 1 double and 1 single to accommodate an additional 2 children or 2 adults.
One quiet double bedroom overlooking a pretty street has antique bed & period fireplace. Open plan living area with beautiful Victorian fireplace. Large sash window overlooks the city of Brighton. 32 inch flat screen TV with Sky, DVD & CD player.
Fully fitted kitchen and modern bathroom. High ceilings & painted white with wooden floors throughout.

Access Information
Access to the building has 6 steps down from the street entrance which may make it difficult with buggies or pushchairs. There are then approx. 20 steps from the building entrance to the apartment. Not recommended for the elderly or infirm!
Parking Information
There is no on-site parking at this property but you can park in the resident bays from 8pm until 9am the following morning. There is a single yellow outside the entrance.

The city apartment has a lovely atmosphere, really like the fireplace and the big sash windows, typically Brighton. The Bedroom is really sweet and the products and bubbly were nice extras for us. The cot was great for our 18mnth Baby. Thanks Crown Gardens!
