Ideally situated in this highly sought after location to the east of Brighton, this is a little gem great for access to the Marina, and all its amenities, including the David Lloyd leisure centre, gyms and swimming pool, Casino, restaurants, bars and shops. East Brighton Golf club nearby. Easy access into central Brighton along the A259 with its regular bus service and to Brighton Golf course, the new Falmer stadium, University and Language school in Ovingdean. The imposing and impressive Roedean School is also a short walk away.

Property very comfortable and pleasant and quiet position, owners and neighbours. Would have been even better if the weather had not been cool windy and wet for much of the time I was there. Overall a very satisfactory stay.
