This house is a good choice for a group on a budget, one of the best price deals in Brighton and Hove for larger groups wanting to spend a fun weekend by the coast.

Situated about a 10 minute walk to the seafront, and 5 minutes walk from Hove railway station. Well positioned for the bars and restaurants on Church Road, Hove and a short Taxi or bus ride into Central Brighton.

There is a regular bus service from outside the property, which runs every 5-10 minutes or so,  linking your party to the rest of the city quickly. Night buses run on Friday and Saturday nights. Please visit www.buses.co.uk or www.buses.co.uk/travel/night-buses for more information.

The house is accessed through the original feature front door taking you into the welcoming hallway leading through to the kitchen, situated to the rear of the house with a door for access to the private walled garden terrace. 

The lounge is located off the hallway, comfortable & spacious with large bay window and two sofa beds which sleep 1 adult each. The sofas provide seating for up to 10 people. There is a large wall mounted HD flat screen TV for your entertainment.

There is a bedroom to sleep 3 guests on the ground Floor - which can be set up as a double and single, or as three singles. Please request your preferred set up when booking or making your arrangements with your property manager.

The kitchen has a dining  table which seats up to 10 people and is fully equipped to cater for larger parties, with hob, oven, as well as a washing machine, there is a door that leads out onto a small  walled garden terrace which has a table and chairs for al-fresco dining.

On the first floor there are two more bedrooms - one a triple bedroom and the larger, front bedroom can comfortably sleep 4 with use of bunkbed and 2 singles. This bedroom has a en-suite shower room.

There is a family bathroom on this floor which offers both a shower and a full sized bath to relax in.

Access Information

The property is arranged on 2 levels, with one bedroom, lounge, kitchen on ground floor level.  2 further bedrooms and the bathrooms are located on the first floor.

Parking Information

There is no dedicated parking space at the property. The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm depending on the zone until 9 am. Please do read the parking signs on the streets for specific instructions.
