We are proud to offer this fantastic Edwardian maisonette sleeping 20-30 with use of sofa beds at no extra charge! There are 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Grand dining for up to 16 plus additional dining area for up to 8 in the kitchen.
Incredibly spacious accommodation over two floors in the city centre. The property is located opposite St Ann's Well Gardens with its tennis courts, bowling green, children's playground, cafe and coffee shop & sensuous scented garden.
The whole house is water filtered for extra clean bathing and there is a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen for super pure drinking water. This property is cleaned using only eco-friendly products.
Somerhill Mansion is ideal for groups looking for a weekend retreat or an alternative hen weekend. Only low/moderate alcohol consumption will be acceptable.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in any part of the premises including the gardens or the front porch.
Sorry no stag groups permitted.
