The basement dining room even converts to your very own dance floor with built in speakers and iPod dock. A wonderfully spacious property located in the heart of Brighton's party village of Kemptown, with a very easy minute stroll to the beach you really could not ask for more. The house is divided over five floors and you will find yourselves in a deliciously stylish wonderland. There are five bathrooms so no need to worry about pamper space, there is plenty....why? Because you are worth it!!

There is meter parking for this property. Alternatively, there is a car park on the corner of St James' Street and the High Street which is £10.00 for 24 hours.
