The property is stylishly decorated and fitted to a high standard, a feeling of quality, luxury & space prevails throughout, with great fixtures and fittings, large mirrors (to check your outfit before going out on the town!), white wooden shutters for privacy  with oak and natural stone floors. Property arranged over 5 floors. Kitchen diner, wet room, utility room and patio are all on ground floor level.

Parking Information

There is no dedicated parking space at the property. The nearest NCP car parks are in West St or Black Lion St. The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm depending on the zone until 9am.
