Windows are attractive Georgian style, wooden framed, sliders and casements. Stripped reclaimed pine floorboards to the living area make a fabulous contrast to the cool white Farrow & Ball paintwork. The 'Bisque' low level radiators with bench seating make interesting and practical focal points. Lighting is via 'Davey' nautical-style light fittings, and a stylish feature is the industrial-style surface-mounted galvanised conduits  to electric sockets, switches and electric fittings.

The 2-seater sofa folds out to make a bed to sleep a further 2 guests. There is a wall-mounted TV with Free-view and integral DVD player, i-Pod dock plus a dining table and 4 chairs
