The open plan kitchen/living/dining room is spacious and bright with high ceilings and a lovely bay window, overlooking a small banked planted area. The kitchen area is fitted with quality high gloss white units, modern high gloss grey brick wall tiles and all new appliances and several designer touches. There is plenty of worktop space to rustle up a meal, a dining table to seat 4 guests, a sofa and armchair to relax in, a flatscreen TV with multi freeview channels, i-pod dock for your entertainment and internet provided via a mi-fi device, yes we mean mi-fi!.

Access Information

The apartment is located on the lower ground floor via a flight of stairs. The apartment can be accessed either from Compton Avenue or through the main front entrance in Buckingham Place. 

Parking Information

Like the vast majority of properties in Brighton there is no private parking space, however, in all the surrounding streets there are residents parking bays where you can park for free from 8pm to 9am, as well as pay and display bays.   A limited number of visitor parking permits are available for £10 per day (please reserve at the time of booking to avoid disappointment if you are planning a weekend stay, subject to availability). Cheap longer term parking can be found at the train station, or the rough ground car park in Fleet street (price is currently £22 a week, you will need plenty of £1 coins for the machine!) as well as the various town centre car parks, all of which are walking distance from the apartment.Please visit  parkopedia.com for  further parking ideas and information.
