This beautifully spacious self-catering holiday house is located in the quaint old village of Ovingdean. A well kept secret, Ovingdean has the benefits of rural seaside surroundings yet is only minutes to Brighton Marina and the town centre - a wonderful retreat with the benefits of Brighton's city living! Sleeping up to 17 people this property is great for family gatherings.
The whole of the rear of the house and the terrace look right out to sea and there is a pretty walk down to the beach from the end of the huge garden. From there, you can meander along the coastal path either to the Marina with it's great restaurants and bars or in the other direction, to the historic smugglers' village of Rottingdean which is proving very popular for pub crawls and Sunday lunches! There is also a lovely walk over Beacon Hill towards the windmill at Rottingdean - particularly good for walks, great for dog walks!
The house is really spacious with five big bedrooms and three bathrooms.
