The ‘Boat House’ is a small, professionally designed New England style, studio apartment with clean lines & simple comforts. It is owned and run by SailnetUK, who’s sailing experiences won, ‘Best Tourism Experience in the South East’ 2008, so you will be ideally situated for adding award sailing activities and yacht cruises to make your stay even more memorable.
Situated within a series of architecturally unique apartments, which rise & fall with the tide, it offers a west facing terrace overlooking the Brighton Marina pontoons & setting sun. Double bed & sofa bed. Cot available on request.
Downstairs includes a sitting room with terrace & wet room with wc & sink. A spiral staircase rises from the open plan kitchenette to a mezzanine double bedroom overlooking the sitting room,
