There is a great garden with a decked area, perfect for BBQ's as you sit and enjoy the wonderful sea views. This property can accommodate up to 16 people with sofa beds, it is also next door to Cliff House Sea View 2 which also sleeps up to 16 people therefore is perfect for groups of up families and friends, to 32 people!
Brighton Marina is bustling with entertainment; restaurants, pubs and bars - there is also a multiplex cinema, bowling, a casino, David Lloyd health club and a large supermarket to buy all your provisions. You can cycle or meander along the undercliff walk to the historic village of Rottingdean with it's windmill, replenishing yourself at one of the five village public houses!
