Prospective guests can search & see live availability, reserve, book and confirm online or call our team to discuss which property best suits their needs.
We are open 7 days a week and have a dedicated email response enquiry desk that ensures on-line & email enquiries are dealt with the same day.
We also offer property buying advice with our expert knowledge, a full interior design service or general advice and buying guides.
Housekeeping & Property Management
We work very closely with locally sourced property management companies to manage bookings, they make sure properties are prepared and presented to the very best standards, we are happy to work with housekeepers and managers of your choice or if you have a more hands on approach. We notify housekeepers and property managers of your bookings, liaise with them over key collection, property maintenance issues and guest feedback.
Housekeepers and property managers ensure your property is cleaned & presented to hotel standard and that your guests' stay runs smoothly.They provide hotel quality linen, organise guest access and deal with property maintenance issues during a guests' stay. They will carry out regular property condition reports, leaving us to get on with the business of securing a high level of bookings for you. If there is an issue, property managers report back to us within 4 days, we can then put a hold on a guest's Security Deposit and make a retention if required. We act as intermediaries in this case scenario.
We liaise regularly with the fire service and local authorities to ensure we keep our properties safe, neighbour friendly and risk assessed for your peace of mind.
