Second Floor  
Kitchen - Fully equipped for your self catering needs, with a breakfast bar to seat 4.

Master Bedroom - Sleeps 2, double bed. En suite with roll top bath, shower cubicle, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Sea views.

Third Floor
Bedroom Two - Sleeps 2, double bed. Beautiful bedroom with sea views.

Bedroom Three - Sleeps 2, with a trundle bed which can be made up as either a double or twins. Please specify your preference at the time of booking.

Shower Room -  Shower cubicle, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.

For groups of over 6, there is an additional £75 double sofa bed supplement.

All bed linen and towels are provided.


Access Information

This property is arranged over 4 floors, with wide sweeping staircases up to each floor. 

Parking Information

Visitors parking permits available at £12.50 per day, please book in advance, these are subject to availability and usually limited to 3 permits per booking. Please note: These permits allow you to park in the residents bays, one permit required per car, per day.

Alternatively the majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay & display parking meters. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone. Please do read the parking signs on the streets for specific instructions or visit for alternative parking ideas.
