The house further benefits from a south facing private garden with patio and outdoor seating area. There is also a large open plan living/kitchen/dining space ideal for group gatherings.

The property is in a quiet residential location 25 mins walk to the seafront or jump on a bus. Brighton is a 10 min taxi ride away. A regular bus service operates into Brighton and trains operate from Preston Park into Brighton and up to London hourly.

Living Room - A fantastic dual aspect room with oak flooring and doors leading to the rear garden. two large 3 seater sofas, armchair and large flat screen TV, DVD player & WiFi. There are two single sofa beds in the conservatory to sleep a further two guests. Please don't forget to add these on the booking page if required.

Garden - Large south facing rear garden, with garden furniture.

First Floor
Bedroom Two - Sleeps 3, King Size bed plus a single bed. En suite shower room with WC and wash basin.

Bedroom Three - Sleeps 3. Double bed and a single bed. 

Bedroom Four - Sleeps 2. Double bed. 

Family Shower Room - With shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.

Zip & link beds can be set up as either twins or a double. Please advise preferred set up at time of booking.

For groups of over 10  please remember to tick the complimentary sofa beds on the booking page.

A travel cot, high chair and stair gate can be provided on request.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

Accessed at street level, the property is arranged over 2 floors. There are several stone steps down to the garden, or there is side gate access from the front of the property.
