Living/Dining room - Open plan with a dining table to seat 6. Wall mounted 3D TV with Sky, blu-ray DVD player, iPod dock and WiFi (fibre broadband from mid March 2016).

Kitchen- You will find everything you need to cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen. Located just off the living/dining room, with contemporary, white gloss units.

Both bedrooms have wall mounted LCD TVs, and both the en suite bathroom and the shower room have anti-steam mirrors which double up as remote control operated LCD TVs, with all freeview TV and radio channels!

Access Information

There is one step up from the street, into the entrance hallway. The apartment itself is immediately opposite, on the ground floor and all on one level. There is intercom entry for the apartment.

Parking Information

Visitors parking permits available at £12.50 per day, please book in advance, these are subject to availability. Please note: These permits allow you to park in the residents bays, one permit required per car, per day.

Alternatively the majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay & display parking meters. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone.
