Located in the vibrant Kemptown area of central Brighton, this is the perfect location for large groups of family and friends. Everything is on your doorstep, Brighton Pier, the beach, bars, restaurants and night clubs - all within a pebbles throw! 

Lower Ground Floor
Kitchen/Dining - huge kitchen dining area that runs the length of the house. With dining to seat 26.

Ground Floor
Living Room - Huge living room with beautiful original parquet flooring. Sleeps 4 on two double corner sofa beds, at each end of the room. 32" TV with DVD player and WiFi. Original bi-fold doors in the centre of the room mean that the two areas can be divided for sleeping if required.

Bathroom - With twin basins and a large walk in shower.

First Floor
Master Bedroom - Large ensuite bedroom with one triple bunk and a twin bunk bed. There is a freestanding bath, large walk in shower, WC and twin basins in the ensuite. Sleeps 5. 

Second Floor
Bedroom Two -  One triple bunk. Sleeps 3. 

Bathroom -  With a bath with a shower over, WC and sink. 

Third Floor
Bedroom Three -  Sleeps 6 in two triple bunks. 

Top Floor
Bedroom Four - Sleeps 4 in a double bed and two single beds. 

Bedroom Five - Sleeps 2 in a double bed.

Access Information

There are a few steps up to the front door from street level. Once inside, the property is arranged over five floors. 

Parking Information

There is no dedicated parking space at the property. The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking north of St James St. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone, until 9 am.
