Roof Terrace - Small roof terrace with stunning direct sea views!  There is a low parapet wall, low by modern standards. Guests use the roof terrace at there own risk and are urged to exercise caution.

Things you need to know...

NB: This is a residential area and noise must be kept to a minimum in Chesham Penthouse after 11pm. We regret that your security deposit may be at risk if we do receive noise complaints after this time at this property. Due to the residential nature of this property, it is suitable for small groups, families and corporate lets only.

The roof terrace is accessed through double french doors from the spacious attic bedroom. Guests please be aware there is a low parapet wall, very low by modern standards. Clients use the roof terrace at their own risk and are urged to exercise caution.  We believe the balcony is unsuitable for young children, adults be aware.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Access Information

Located at the top of the building, there are a few steps up to the front door and two flights of stairs to the second floor apartment front door. There are 2 flights of stairs within the property itself.

Parking Information

There is the added bonus of free garage parking with this property, no more than 2-3 minutes walk away. There are also limited visitors parking permits available, at £12.50 per day, per car.
