Fabulous, central four bedroom Regency house to sleep up to 12 guests, with the use of the self contained one bedroom apartment below.

Located within the Clifton Hill Conservation Area, a short walk from Western Road with great shops, bars, cafes & restaurants and also 5 minutes from the seafront. Clifton Hill Gallery is a great base for a visit to Brighton and for visits to London too, be it for a weekend, family or group breaks, holiday or corporate, short to mid term lets - it's ideal and one of our favourites!

Self contained apartment - Sleeps 4, with one double bedroom, two single z-beds, good sized shower room, living room, fully equipped kitchen and access to the rear terrace. Available to book as an extra for groups of over 8.

Master Bedroom - Sleeps 2, double bed. Plus a double ended bath and large sofa.
Cot Bedroom - little cot bedroom with cot and baby toys.
