This house was perfect for my sister’s hen do. There were 17 of us and all facilities in the house were great. The decor is lovely. Bedrooms were so big and very comfy beds. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers were all powerful, even when all on together. The room at the top of the house which has mirrors and stalls was a lovely touch and we enjoyed getting ready there together. Lighting was also amazing to do our makeup! The kitchen and lounge were so much bigger than they look in pictures and we all sat down comfortably in both rooms. There’s everything you need in the kitchen with more than enough glasses/cups/plates etc. The location of the house is great, not far from train station, the beach and night life - all within walking distance but we did get taxi to clubs as too far in heels. There’s loads of options near the house for parking (although not right outside). We unpacked the cars directly outside the house and then went and parked cars on the seafront. Which is expensive but to be expected with the location. I would highly recommend this house to a big group staying in Brighton.

Just had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house for the weekend. I booked the house for 18 people for a hen party and it did not disappoint! Beautifully decorated, spacious & well kept. In a fantastic location with the beach practically on your doorstep. Every single one of us loved this house, especially the bride who didn't have a clue and was so pleased with it, we couldn't have asked for more! We had a beach party evening in on Friday night and there was space for all of us around the huge dining table and plenty of seating and room upstairs for everyone to socialise in the gorgeous lounge area. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped and plenty of bathrooms. Really loved the dressing room at the top of the house too. Overall a Fantastic stay that really helped make our weekend special, highly recommend this little darling by the seaside!

This house is epic. There were 14 of us in total over New Years and the place was perfect! The social areas of the house (kitchen, lounge, dressing room) were brilliant for hanging out as we staying in the house actually quite a bit. Rooms were nice too. All communication with crown gardens was so easy and quick. I'd definitely recommend the place!

This funky, charming house was perfect for a friends getaway weekend from London. We were a group of 16 and there were enough beds and bathrooms for all of us. It's very easy to get to and from London (one hour train from Victoria + 5 min taxi ride to house, or walk). The WiFi was good (no complaints), and the kitchen was great for cooking big group meals (loved the huge square table). The loft had a lot of mirrors and hairdryers which looked ideal for a hen-do weekend. We loved the turquoise decor, especially the light-up anchor! Great place.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at Darling By the Seaside in Brighton. There were 14 ladies on a hen party weekend. The house is amazing, from the location (right by the sea and 10 minutes into town), the decor is lovely and finished to a high standard. The bedrooms are great and the beds are really comfortable! The dressing room at the top of the house is perfect for a group of girls to get ready for a night out! Every where was spotlessly clean, especially the lovely bathrooms with great showers. The huge dining table was perfect for a large group and we hired in a cocktail waiter one night to make us cocktails around the large table. There is a keyless entry system which was perfect for so many of us. The booking process and return of the security deposit was all effortless. We would definitely recommend this house for a large group.

I just wanted to say an very big thank you for the lovely house in Brighton 'Darling By The Sea'. We had a fab hen weekend. It was also Pride weekend which was an excellent experience. The house was amazing, we loved the decor and the dressing room was wonderful although 6 floors up we all did make use of it. The kitchen/dining area was brilliant for us, we used this room the most. The bedrooms were lovely, I loved the top floor bedroom and en suite was amazing. The house is very close to the town and was a lovely walk along the front. I would definitely recommend this to people and who knows will hopefully come and use that house or a similar one with you in the near future.

The information received before our stay was very helpful and on arrival I was very pleased that the description and photos were accurate to the point of not doing the house justice - really nicely decorated, comfy beds, clean bathrooms - a great house for our large gathering. The size and layout of the living room and the kitchen/dining room were perfect allowing us all to be in one room at the same time - the lights in the dining room table were so much fun! I would thoroughly recommend darling by the sea!

Beautiful & glam town house, right by the seafront, perfect for groups. Thank you for having us here. There were 16 of us on a Hen Weekend and the house was perfect - lots of communal areas where everyone could chill out and be involved altogether. We stayed at Darling by the Seaside booked through Crown Gardens as a package. The house was newly refurbished and very classy. Every room was perfect for our stay and everything we needed was in the house. We mainly gathered in the kitchen area! The house has a dishwasher and a dressing room which was fab. The house is a great location and by the beach and within walking distance of everything. As part of the package we had a dirty dancing lesson which was great fun and a good ice breaker for a large group. The staff at Crown Gardens were very helpful and accessible.
