Local brasseries, antique shops, trendy coffee houses, pubs and restaurants are just around the corner and it’s a short stroll to the centre of Brighton. The property was built in about 1826 with its original Stucco style exterior and regency porch.

The owners have taken great care to create a stylish boutique home from home, for large groups. Interior Design and renovation by Julia Harding, owner of Crown Gardens.

Second Floor
Bedroom One - Sleeps 7, in 3 sets of single bunk beds, plus a single MADE chair bed.

Bedroom Two - Sleeps 2, in a double bed.

Third Floor
Bedroom Three - Sleeps 3, has a super king size bed plus a single MADE chair bed. En suite with bath, shower cubicle, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Family Bathroom - With bath, shower over, wash basin and WC.

Fourth Floor
Dressing Room - A dedicated dressing room on the top floor, with shower room, wash basin and WC and Bose Bluetooth speakers. There is also a 43 inc smart TV with freesat, board games, DVD Player and beanbags.

Things you need to know...

There is a small balcony towards the rear of the property, on the first floor. Guests are advised to exercise caution - not suitable for ladies in heels!

Sorry no all male groups accepted at this property.

Please note: For groups of over 17, you will need to add the single sofa beds. These are complimentary, please remember to tick the relevant box on the booking page.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

There are a few steps up to the main front door from street level. The property is arranged over 6 floors.

Parking Information

There is no dedicated parking space at the property. The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking north of St James St. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone, until 9 am.
