The Hen Palace Mini was once the home of Sir Winston Churchill’s great grandmother, Lady Jane Dowager Duchess of Marlborough, retaining many original features and full of Brighton charm. There are 6 characterful en suite bedrooms, with seaviews from the front of the property. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Dining table can seat up to 28 guests if needed. This really is an ideal place to stay, just moments from the beach and central Brighton.

Living Dining - Flexible, open plan living space with comfortable sofas to the rear. Tea and Coffee making facilities and dining table to seat up to 28 guests. High ceilings and large bay window with views down to the sea.

Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need for your self catering requirements. Private catering can be arranged.

Shower Room - With shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Access to rear terrace.

Terrace - Decked Terrace area with table and benches, pretty plants and fairy lights. A real little hidden gem, perfect for dining al fresco on summer evenings.

First Floor
The Duchess Room - Sleeps 2, double bed. Originally Lady Jane Dowager duchess of Marlborough's bedroom, with her original bed frame, plaster coving and ceiling rose which dates back to the 1840's. Located to the rear of the building. En suite shower room.

The Dowager Suite - Sleeps 4, with 7ft square, 4 poster bed, plus single day bed and pull out single underneath. This stunning room was originally Lady Jane Dowagers living room, with grand, high ceiling and large bay window with sea view. En suite bathroom with shower over the bath. 

First Floor Mezzanine
The Cosy Nook - Sleeps 1, single bed. To the rear of the property, warm and cosy feel, with En suite shower room.

Second Floor
The African Room - Sleeps 3, single beds. To the rear of the property, with En suite shower room.

Romantic Rose - Sleeps 2, double 4 poster bed. Views over Regency Square gardens and to the sea. En suite shower room.

Bad Romance - Sleeps 2, double bed. Views of the sea and out to the iconic West Pier. En suite shower room.
