About this Property

Beautifully light, bright and spacious lower ground floor apartment within a regency building. The seafront is at the bottom of the street and at the top there is an abundance of cafe's, restaurants, great pubs, and shopping, everything really is on your doorstep!

This large spacious apartment accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably and comes fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay.

Access Information

This is a lower ground floor apartment with stone steps leading down to the apartment front door. Please take care and use the hand rail when it is wet, the steps can become slippery. Once inside, the apartment is all on one level.

Parking Information

Visitors parking permits available at £12.50 per day, please enquire as they are subject to availability.  Please note: These permits allow you to park in the residents bays, where available -  one permit required per car, per day.

Alternatively the majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay & display parking meters. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone.
