The apartment is located on the ground floor, there are about five steps up to the front door of the building.
There is no dedicated parking space at the property. The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking. Resident bays, and pay and display bays, are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone, until 9am. Please do read the parking signs on the streets for specific instructions.
