Second Shower Room - A further shower room located near to bedroom 1. Also newly fitted, fully tiled, with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.

Access Information

Situated on the third floor, there are a flight and a half of stairs up to the apartment. Once inside, there are one further flight of stairs into the apartment. The apartment itself is split level, with a few steps up to the landing to Bedroom 2 and shower room.

Parking Information

There is no parking with this property. The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking. Resident bays, and pay and display bays, are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone, until 9am. Please do read the parking signs on the streets for specific instructions.
