Master Bedroom - Sleeps 2, 6ft super king-size, double bed. Upon advanced request, this can be set up as 2 singles.

Second Bedroom - Sleeps 2, twin beds. 

Bathroom - Bath with overhead shower and hand-held shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Shower Room - With shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Second Floor
Attic Bedroom -  Sleeps 2, 6ft super king-size, double bed. Upon advanced request, this can be set up as 2 singles.

This property is situated in a residential area with many neighbours surrounding it and noise levels must be kept to reasonable levels. 

With the greatest respect to all potential guests; please note that this is NOT a party house and if you are coming to Brighton for that purpose then it is NOT the property for you. We do not accept bookings from Stag/Hen parties or similar.

For groups over 6 there is an additional sofa bed supplement of £75. Please remember to tick the box on the booking page.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

Accessed at ground level, the house is arranged over three levels.

Parking Information

The nearest car park is the Black Lion multi-storey at the end of the lane on Black Lion St. There are two large multi stories off West St, which is a 5 minute walk. There is also on-street meter parking which now take credit cards, but limited to 4 hours.Subject to availability. Further parking information.
