The large open plan living area has dining to seat 12 with comfortable & stylish soft furnishings - an ideal space for entertaining and relaxing with family and friends. There are four good sized, comfortable bedrooms with high quality fixtures and fittings.

Living/Dining - Fabulous open plan living/dining space, perfect for socialising! There is a 36'' LCD TV with Freeview, a DVD player and WiFi. There is one very large corner sofa plus a further double sofa bed to sleep 2 guests. The dining table seats up to 12 comfortably with ten chairs and an additional two stools.

Kitchen - Galley style, contemporary kitchen. Fully equipped with everything you need for your self catering stay;

First Floor

Bedroom 3 - Triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Sleeps 3. There is also a small TV with Freeview channels.

Bathroom - Large walk-in shower, free standing bath, WC and wash basin. 

Things you need to know...

For groups of over 10, there is a £75 double sofa bed supplement that is required. Please remember to tick the relevant box on the booking page.

Accessed at street level. Once inside, the property is arranged over two floors. 

Parking Information

There is no dedicated parking space at the property. The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone, until 9am.
