About this Property

Pebble Beach is a fantastic seaside home in a great central location- Brighton Beach and the Pier just metres away!
It is a great base for exploring and enjoying the best of what Brighton has to offer! Bars, cafe's restaurants, shopping, nightclubs etc are all within walking distance. Ideal holiday home for friends & families!

Pebble Beach offers a really lovely seaside place to stay. The perfect location to call home while you are staying in Brighton. It is a traditional Victorian townhouse that has been furnished to create a lovely home from home, with white walls throughout, carefully chosen accessories, a contemporary kitchen and two shower rooms.  

Bars, cafe's restaurants, shopping, nightclubs are all within walking distance. The beach is 2 mins walk away, at the bottom of the street! Ideal property for friends & families!

Lower Ground Floor
Kitchen/Dining- The door under the stairs in the living room leads down to the kitchen/dining space. Contemporary fitted units, washing machine and everything you need to self cater. However there are so many fabulous local eat out options you probably won’t use the kitchen! 
There is a dining table which fits against the wall, but it is cleverly designed to pull out and extend so if you did want to eat in it’s possible to do so.

Ground Floor
Living Room-  has been stylishly furnished with two Futon Company sofas- one converts into a double sofa bed to sleep 2. There is a large LCD TV on the wall and free WIFI for guests to log into. Sleeps 2 guests.

Bathroom 1- There is a fully tiled shower room with large rainfall shower, WC and wash basin off the living room.

First Floor
Bedroom One- has twin zip and link beds and a good quality chair bed from The Futon Company. This can also be made up as a King sized double upon request.  Sleeps 3 guests. 

Bathroom 2 - There is a contemporary bathroom with walk in rainfall shower, an extra hand held shower head, WC and wash basin. 
Please note there is no bath in the property.

Second Floor
Bedroom Two - has another set of zip and link beds that can beconverted into a king size double upon request. There is also a single Futon Company chair bed for an additional guest. Sleeps 3.

Bedroom Three-  has twin zip and link beds to sleep 2 guests. This can be made up as a king sixed double upon request - please let us know at time of booking!  Sleeps 2 

Access Information

There are a couple of stone steps leading up to the front door -  this leads straight into the living room. 

Parking Information

There is no on-site parking at this property. You can park on the seafront for £5.20 for 11 hours (please check the parking signs). For alternative parking ideas, please visit
