A great choice for a large group or family visit to Brighton. The Bohemian district of the North Laine offers great independent boutiques, delis and cafe's, and just 5 minutes from Brighton Station. The beautiful Royal Pavilion is a short walk away, as is the seafront and Brighton Palace Pier.

Things you need to know...

Due to the residential area, this property is not suitable for rowdy groups and we ask you to keep noise to a minimum outside the property. Regrettably no bare bottom butlers or strippers are permitted.

: for groups of over 12, there is an additional £40 single sofa bed supplement. For groups of over 13, there is a further £40 single sofa bed supplement. Please tick the relevant box on the booking page.

The zip & link beds are set up as singles as standard, but can be set up as doubles upon request. Please advise preferred set up at time of booking.

Parking Information

There is no dedicated parking space at the property. The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone, until 9am.
