This two bed garden apartment is located in the vibrant Kemptown area of Brighton just moments from the beach. The lovely little sun terrace, tucked away to the rear of the property, is a real bonus in such a central location. This is a really lovely space to eat, sleep, work and relax.

A stone's throw from the beach and just a 5 minute walk from central Brighton. There are many delis, restaurants, bars and shops on St James Street, also Kemptown village is well worth a visit on a sunny afternoon. An ideal base for a visit to Brighton for family and friends, or for a corporate stay, with the American Express offices and Brighton County Courts nearby.

Living/Dining - Good sized, with bay window and pretty chandelier. The comfortable two seater sofa converts into a small 4ft double sofa bed, suitable for either 1 adult or 2 children. Flat screen TV with integrated DVD player. Dining table to seat 6 comfortably.

Second Bedroom - Sleeps 2, double bed. Terrace is accessed from this room.

Bathroom - Bath with shower over, wash basin & WC. You will also find the washer/dryer in the cupboard (behind the bathroom door) 

Terrace - Lovely little sun terrace tucked away to the rear of the property, accessed through the second bedroom. There is a patio table and chairs to seat 6. 

Please note that there is scaffolding going up at this property on the 11th September for 6 weeks. The work is being carried out on the roof and top flats, so should not affect this property.

A lower ground floor apartment, with steps down to the front door. Apartment is all on one level.

Parking Information

There is no dedicated parking space at the property. The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets have a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone, until 9am.
